Newsorb® Cold Storage, Anti-dewing, and Freshness AgentSuper Absorbent Polymers in ice bags act as perfect insulation package (box, case, barrel) and are widely used in transportation of temperature sensitive products such as medicines, blood, vaccines, flowers, fruits, aquatic products and biological agents.
During packaged, transported and stored conditions; meat, vegetables, fruits, and other food are easy to become discoloured, deteriorated, and damp. In food packaging surplus liquid is absorbed without drying out the food product thereby to ensuring food is hygienic and safe. In cargo containers super absorbent materials can reduce humidity cycling. Swollen SAP has the capacity to retain heat or cold for prolonged periods and is useful in cool packs in the packaging industry. |

Why It Works
Newsorb® Super Absorbent Polymer is a white powder or granular for used in various industrial fields such as water absorbents, gelling agents, gel-type air freshener, moisture-keeping materials, anti-dewing materials, dehydrating agents and thickening agents. Newsorb® - 500D has been proven very successful in the ice gel pack industry due to its greater holding capacity and absorption rate. It can absorb 400 to 700 times as much water as their own weight to foam gel, retaining water even under certain pressure on gel. Newsorb® - 500D is used in the production of different types of gel packs such as flexible film packs, rigid plastic bottles or foam bricks. Each of these products has its benefits and Newsorb® - 500D ensures the gel is evenly formed and lasts longer, thereby retaining longer cooling period. Apart from these its usage extends to medical care, sports, health, beauty, skin care and other fields. Package: Newsorb® - 500D Super Absorbent Polymer is available in 20 Kgs original branded paper bags with LDPE inner liner.
